1. Controllers
This joint website is operated by COSMIX Media GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 101/2/2a, 1060 Vienna, and Alexander Haiden Fotografie, Alexander Haiden, Neustiftgasse 107/2, 1070 Vienna. Central privacy contact:office@contentbude.at,+43 676 9025009. Where both providers jointly determine purposes and means, they are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR; data-subject requests may be made through the central contact.
2. Hosting and server logs
The website runs on a server operated by COSMIX Media GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 101/2/2a, 1060 Vienna; internet connectivity is provided by Nessus GmbH, Vienna. On access, IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser, operating system and status code may be processed in server logs to keep the website secure and reliable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for no more than 14 days and then deleted automatically, unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific security incident.
3. Booking inquiries
We process name, email, the chosen package and your message (for example a preferred date and project details) to handle the inquiry, prepare an offer and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Recipients are the ContentBude providers and necessary staff or producers responsible for the requested service. The WhatsApp button lets you message us directly; WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta). No data is sent to WhatsApp until you click the button.
4. Transmission of the inquiry form
We do not use an external form or newsletter service. On submission, our own web server (see section 2) sends the form data over an encrypted connection to the mail server of our mailbox (mail.core.at, server in Austria). Two emails are sent from there: your inquiry to office@contentbude.at and a confirmation with a summary of your inquiry to the email address you entered. The inquiry is stored as an email in our mailbox office@contentbude.at for as long as we need it for the inquiry, offer and a possible booking, or as long as statutory retention obligations apply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect against spam and abuse, the web server keeps a pseudonymised check value (hash) of your IP address for 15 minutes to limit too many requests in a short time (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Do not submit special-category personal data. You may also contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp.
5. Google Maps
On contentbude.at we only link the locations to Google Maps; no data is transferred until you click a “Get directions” link. No map is embedded. When you click the link, IP address and device/browser data may be sent to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and possibly Google LLC in the USA. See Google's privacy policy.
6. Cookies, local storage and analytics
Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser; this is technically necessary. To measure the success of our advertising we use the Google tag of Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) with Google Consent Mode v2. The Google tag is loaded on every page view. Without your consent it only runs in a restricted mode: no cookies are set and no personal advertising data is stored or used for advertising; Google only receives cookieless signals (e.g. time, page viewed, a sent inquiry as a conversion, consent status and, for technical reasons, IP address and browser data), which Google uses for modelled measurement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring advertising success (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice does Google set cookies and process information on ad clicks and conversions; when you send a request, “enhanced conversions” then additionally transmit your email address or phone number hashed in your browser so Google can match the request to an ad click. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG). A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; the restricted mode then applies again. More: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Retention
Inquiry data is kept until the inquiry is completed and afterwards only where necessary for evidence, legal claims or statutory duties. Booking and accounting records may be retained for seven years under § 132 BAO.
8. Rights and complaints
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent for the future. Complaints may be filed with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna,dsb@dsb.gv.at.
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to studio, equipment and production services requested through ContentBude. The contracting party is the provider named in the offer or written confirmation: COSMIX Media GmbH for the relevant sound-studio/audio services, or Alexander Haiden Fotografie for the relevant photo, film-studio and photography services.
2. Inquiry and contract
The website, rate cards and form are non-binding information. Submitting a form is not a booking. A contract is formed only by written confirmation or acceptance of an individual offer. Scope, date, price, VAT, payment terms and special conditions follow that document.
3. Prices and payment
Website prices are net prices plus statutory VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Equipment and consumables are charged according to the confirmed selection. In-stock paper backdrops cost €25 net per colour and are included with Content Day; specially ordered custom colours cost a flat €110 net (6 working days delivery). For the Content Day, 50% of the price is due as a deposit when booking and the remaining 50% after delivery. An individual offer prevails in case of conflict.
4. Times and access
Booked time includes setup, production and strike. Overtime depends on availability and may be charged. Photo-studio requests are possible from 08:00 to 22:00. Sound-studio requests for Studio A and Studio D are possible from 18:00 Monday to Friday and from 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Sound-studio sessions end no later than 02:00. The confirmation is controlling.
5. Cooperation and house rules
Clients must arrive on time, follow safety instructions and provide necessary information and media. Sound-studio house computers may be operated only by authorised ContentBude producers. Sound-studio dry hire requires an Apple MacBook via the provided USB-C connection; Windows is not supported.
6. Equipment and damage
Equipment must be checked and handled carefully; damage, loss or faults must be reported immediately. Clients are liable under applicable law for culpable damage caused by them or their agents. Suitable liability/equipment insurance is the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
A Content Day can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the date; after that the deposit is forfeited. For other services, cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed in the individual offer or confirmation. Where none are agreed, statutory law applies and saved expenses or reasonable replacement bookings are taken into account.
8. Production, acceptance and rights
For creative production services, deliverables, revision rounds and delivery dates follow the offer. Usage rights are granted only to the agreed extent and after full payment. Clients warrant that supplied content and releases may lawfully be used.
9. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. For business clients, liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury or breach of essential obligations; mandatory claims remain unaffected. Clients must maintain current backups of their data.
10. Consumers and final terms
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Distance or off-premises contracts may carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Early performance requires a separate express request; the right may expire after full performance under statutory conditions. Austrian law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection. Exclusive jurisdiction in Vienna is agreed only with business clients.
